Bugs, cheating or not?

Saw an interresting discussion while playing. so I d like to know all your opinion on the subject.

For me, yes it is cheating. It is a fault in the map, misused by some, unknown for others. And in some cases it looks like the person is on the ground but instead he is high in the sky. Fair? I don t think so.

I dont know. I dont like it when someone kills me when he uses a bug. BUT, everyone can use the bugs so is it really a bug then. But then....everyone can download some cheats and use them too. If everyone uses cheats or bugs, its fair. And if everyone doesnt use cheats or bugs its fair too. So its really a hard discussion. Just like using m4 and m60 or not. I think the best way to solve this problem is that every server tells us what is allowed. Like in the Server name "Leikipusto 1 M4/M60 allowed" or something like that.

But leiki doesn t say it s not allowed, and leiki has no tost either, so cheating is allowed on leiki than? Why the fuck vote cheaters out than. Let s just all get some cheats and enoy eachother like hell. See how long TO will stand if everybody starts to knifehack.

Everybody with common sence doesn t use cheats or bugs. It s not fair.
But from what i saw lately is that every one supports those things only from the big clanplayers only. (won t use names) Other players get voted out.
Hypocryt like hell. Sad

I see my poll has a lot of hits, But allmoast no votes, and even less replies?
Strange, Why? No one has the balls to tell his opinion because allmoast every one has used and scared to admit it?

I know allmoast half of the TO players have some cheat and from about 75 % of them TO players I know who has cheats, who uses them, and who bugs.

For my self, I have 2 versions of to on my Pc
1 clean as grandpa jefke. No cheats at all.
1 with cheats wich I use if some cheater is realy fucking up the game and he don t get voted out.

I am a good player and I hate cheating. But when I get pissed, I ll log out and reenter to kick the fuckers ass. And there are not much cheaters who can beat me often when I m pissed.

I see where you're coming from totally, and as far as I'm concerned "cheating" is defined by someone who uses unorthadox methods to gain an unfair advantage over others.

Bug using is just as bad as cheating, because not everyone knows where all the bugs are, you could look on cheating websites to find out where they are, but whats the point.

The fact that people let certain players get away with either -
a) Blatant cheating or
b) Bug using
Is annoying, if I've pointed out that a player is using, say, a buyzone hack, nobody listens, but when that same player starts using a more aggrivating cheat i.e The Knifehack they vote like hell.

Come on people, if you don't want cheaters in your game only *you* can do something about it, if you can't be fucked to vote, don't complain. (not directed at you Jefke!) Very Happy

Well Bugs are cheat too. And about m203/60 ...... i think thet they are allowed on all serwers exept EastCoast where u can find the rule about it bye presing F2. On others serwers ther are no thet kind of ruls and those guns are just guns (they arent cheat for schoor) so i think m60/203 are allowed.
